Iran resists sanctions, U.S. is 'desperate,' Rouhani says

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said on Monday new U.S. sanctions, under which Iran's central bank was blacklisted for a second time, pointed to U.S. "desperation" in face of Iranian resistance.
